Returns & Exchanges

every wardrobe starts somewhere. if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. once approved, items must reach us within 14 days to qualify for a full refund. late returns may be offered store credit or returned.

how to return
email help@elemstudios.comand we’ll share the returns address. return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect — our team can provide a prepaid label. all returns should be signed and tracked. refunds are only issued once we’ve received your items.

return conditions
items must be:

• unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging intact

• all swing tags, return tags, hygiene stickers, ribbons or zip ties intact

• free of makeup, residue, perfume, or washing scents

• without damage or alterations

el.em reserves the right to refuse or deduct for cleaning, repair, or restocking if items fail to meet these conditions. malicious or fraudulent returns will be rejected. returns sent without a request will not be accepted.

exchanges
we currently do not offer direct exchanges. please return your item and place a new order.

store credits & gift cards
valid for 12 months, usable across the site. returns of items purchased with a gift card are refunded to the card.

rejected or refused deliveries
packages returned due to unpaid taxes, failed delivery, or refusal may incur shipping, tax, or restocking fees, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
