• Premium Delivery – £6.99 (1–2 working days)

• Next Day Delivery – £8.99 (order by 4pm Mon–Thurs, delivered next working day)

• Saturday Delivery – £9.99 (order before 4pm Friday, delivered by DPD)

• Standard – £12.99 (5–14 working days)

• Express – £15.99 (2–5 working days)
  Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer

PO Box Addresses
We cannot ship to PO Box addresses outside the UK

DHL Express – On Demand Delivery

All Express DHL shipments include On Demand Delivery (ODD), letting you decide how, where, and when your parcel is delivered.

Options include:

• Deliver to another address (work, family, alternate location)

• Deliver at a safe place (authorize release to a designated location)

• Deliver with a neighbour (reception or designated neighbour)

• Deliver to a DHL ServicePoint (pick-up collection)

• Store my package (vacation hold up to 30 days)

• Deliver on another day (scheduled delivery)

You will receive email/SMS notifications to track and customise your delivery.

Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
Parcels not claimed, refused, or with unpaid customs will be abandoned by authorities. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused parcels. If returned to us, only the item cost is refunded, not shipping fees.

Safe Place or Neighbour Deliveries
By selecting a safe place or neighbour, you accept full responsibility for the parcel after delivery. el.em is not liable for loss, theft, or damage once delivered to your nominated location. Please check with residents or neighbours if a parcel cannot be located. Report any suspected theft to local authorities.
